Louis Maraj wins the NCA Critical and Cultural Studies Division’s Outstanding Book Award

Congratulations to Louis Maraj! He is the recipient of both the National Communication Association Critical and Cultural Studies Division’s Outstanding Book Award for 2022 for his book Black or Right, as well as the Critical and Cultural Studies Division Scholar-Activist Award, which “honors a scholar who significantly contributes to their communities above and beyond their research and teaching while also imbuing their research, teaching, and/or service with activist interventions.”
