Lisa Overholtzer is associate professor and William Dawson Chair in the Department of Anthropology at McGill University. She received the Robert S. Peabody Institute of Archaeology Award for Archaeology and Education from the Society of American Archaeology and is coeditor of Mesoamerican Archaeology: Theory and Practice, 2nd edition, and The Materiality of Everyday Life.
