On May 13, 2017, Mira Shimabukuro talked to the Japanese American National Museum about her book Relocating Authority: Japanese Americans Writing to Redress Mass Incarceration. The talk was moderated by Dr. Thomas Fujita-Rony, Associate Professor of Asian American Studies, CSU Fullerton, and was co-sponsored by the Aratani Endowed Chair, UCLA’s Asian American Studies Center.
