Maxime Lamoureux-St-Hilaire is assistant professor of anthropology at Mount Royal University and Editor-in-Chief of The Mayanist. He has received awards from the National Science Foundation, the Wenner-Gren Foundation, and the Fonds de Recherche du Québec: Société et Culture. His work has been published in Journal of Anthropological Archaeology, Ancient Mesoamerica, Geoarchaeology, and Latin American Antiquity.
